First I bought 3 figures in this shop. Then the seller tells me that one of the figures is with stains and asks me if I agree that you send it to me despite the conditions. To this I reply that in its publication it says the figures are 100% new and therefore I will not to accept a dirty or damaged product. Finally the seller proposes to pay me back the money of the figure that was stained but unfortunately never did. I had to wait over a month, when I received the other two figures I ordered so that I could open a dispute and so force the seller to return my money. A real shame. I had previously purchased from this store and had no problems. They also have figures at an affordable price for my country. I am also very sorry that the seller late about a day to respond so the communication is not fluid. Now, regarding the Raphael and Casey set. They're amazing! They are also original figures. Little protection.
