Even the 30mm size is quite heavy, in a good way. There are two screws, which I thought may make putting it on difficult. True, it does take time to put on. However, if the screws are not fully tightened, you can adjust the scrotum skin before tightening up the ring to ensure there is no catch or pinch point. Very good item.
